RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and get it back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Returns will result in an exchange for a new item of the same value, or a store credit. Strictly no refunds will be given due to change of mind or incorrect ordering. Shipping costs can not be reimbursed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will follow the same rules as Returns, and require a new shipping fee for the new items to be sent out.

REFUNDS

Strictly no refunds will be given due to change of mind or incorrect ordering.

If upon receiving your order there are any faults or missing items, please contact us right away, so we can amend them.

AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Please contact us asap if you have incorrectly ordered, if your order hasn't already been processed we are able to easily update your order and send you a link to checkout and pay for any extra charges.

Orders that are cancelled will receive a store credit only, minus any restocking fees or lost charges from your payment.

Amendments and Cancellations MUST happen before your order has been processed.

PRE ORDERS

Strictly no refunds will be given for changes of mind regarding Pre Orders - with the exception that our Pre Order runs outside the estimated arrival time, upon which customers will be entitled to a refund, or a store credit at their discretion. Pre Order arrival times will be well communicated with customers.

UNFULFILLED ORDERS

In the event that any orders cannot be fulfilled due to supply issues or insufficient stock, a full refund will be given. Any arising issues with stock or supply will be communicated as soon  as we become aware of any potential risk to fulfilling your order.
